Qualifications / Experience
Some Sales/Customer Service Experience with direct sales or in related/beauty field. Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Pleasant / friendly phone manner
Energetic and positive attitude
Strong administrative and data/order entry skills
Able to perform special projects, data mining and new client sourcing on a daily basis
Must have working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, Office, Contact Management
Beauty qualification and/or Skincare Experience a PLUS!

Job Description
To provide polite, courteous and knowledgeable customer service to clients and answer any/all questions via phone and email
Maintain existing accounts while also being proactive in establishing new accounts
Manage client contact information
Make daily outgoing calls.
Rigorous follow up skills.
