We all love to go to the spa and get our weekly pedicure during the warmer Spring and Summer months, but have you ever noticed that by the time your appointment comes around your feet are more than ready for some pampering? Keep your pedicures lasting longer with our at-home pedicure how-to!
First, fill your tub with a little hot water and 1oz of the Repêchage Seaweed Bath
. As we talked about in our Create a Thalasso Spa At-Home
, this amazing sea escape is perfect for relaxing, detoxing and hydrating from head-to-toe.
Then, to help put a little extra “pep” in your step, add 5 drops of the Repêchage Essential Oil of Peppermint
to help improve circulation and to energize tired feet. It will help you forget how swollen the heat is making your feet!
After you’ve had a nice soak, massage the Repêchage Sea Spa Glow
into your calves and feet in upward movements. This exfoliating scrub helps to re-enforce circulation and polish away any hard or dull skin due to a stint in stilettos or walking around in unsupportive sandals.
Following exfoliation, place feet back into the tub and remove salts. Remove feet and dry with a fresh, clean towel. Want to give yourself a little extra spa treat?
