Pay nothing extra when you pay on time
If you make repayments on time, you will only ever pay the price of the item you purchased. The only fees charged are late fees are missed payments.
No new card applications, approval decision online
Forget about long complicated application forms. Installments by Clearpay makes it quick and easy to checkout.
Clearpay is a service that allows you to make purchases now and pay for them in four equal payments made every 2 weeks without any interest.
Simply shop online and add items to your shopping bag and checkout as normal. At checkout choose Installments by Clearpay as your payment method. First time customers will need to register with Clearpay and provide payment details as usual, returning customers simply log in to make their purchase. It’s that easy!
Please note that all items in your shopping bag must be eligible for Installments by Clearpay. A minimum purchase amount may apply and you must meet additional eligibility requirements to qualify.
All customers are required to make their first payment at the time of purchase, with the remaining three payments deducted automatically every two weeks from your chosen payment method. If you choose to make additional payments before your scheduled pay dates, you may do so through your Clearpay account.
You can log in to your Clearpay account to view your payment schedule and make a payment before the due date if you choose to do so.
We only charge late fees if you do not pay on time. The late fees charged are:
• Orders less than £24: We may charge one late fee of £6 if you do not pay an installment under a Clearpay Plan by the due date.
• Orders equal to or more than £24: We may charge a late fee of £6 if you do not pay an installment under a Clearpay Plan by the due date and a second late fee of £6 if the installment is still unpaid 7 days after the due date. The total late fees that may be applied to an Order are capped at 25% of the purchase price of the Order (before any refunds are applied) or £24, whichever is less.
All late fees are payable by you at once. Late fees will not be applied until the date after the day that payment is due. You authorize us to deduct payment from your payment method for any late fees when they are due.
We may delay or decide not to charge late fees. If we do not enforce our rights against you for late fees, this will not stop us enforcing those rights at a later date. If you think late fees have been charged in error, please let us know.
Clearpay orders are delivered as per our standard shipping timeframe after you complete your order online.
Clearpay is not available on purchases of gift cards. If you are purchasing gift cards along with Clearpay eligible products, you will need to place two separate orders.
If you have changed your mind, you can return your Clearpay purchase in store or by mail. All refunds must be obtained from Clearpay. Refunds are not processed by Repechage.com. Clearpay will be notified of your return and will process the appropriate refunds. Please do not return your purchase to Clearpay.
