Deep Cleanse Your Feet
Hi I’m Natalie Otto, licensed esthetician and Corporate Educator for Repêchage.
Feet are a very interesting part of our body – the skin on the soles of the feet is much thicker than the rest of our body, and feet actually have an extra layer of skin to help endure daily wear and tear. This thicker barrier is important to keep in tack, but dry cracked feet can be a war-zone of bacteria if not properly cared for. To avoid funky feet, give your feet a deep cleanse at home by making a foot bath! Add half a cup of apple cider vinegar, which has antiseptic properties and relax your for feet for 15 minutes.
Afterwards, use a nourishing scrub like our Sea Spa Glow Exfoliator. The combination of marine salts and hydrating and moisture-binding seaweed and olive oil will help to rid dry dead skin on your feet. Use this on a daily basis and this will help make heels feel softer and skin on the heel renewed.
Of course, follow with a foot cream with tea tree oil. Tea tree oil contains anti-fungal and anti-bacteria properties, helping to further clean the feet, and nourish the heel.
Thank you for watching!
