Which Face Mask is Right for Me? Problem Skin

In the first of our face mask series, I want to tell you about a great mask for problem or acne skin and even a mask that is great for post-Halloween makeup!

If pimples, blackheads and acne seem to be your problem, or if you plan on loading on pore-clogging Halloween makeup, then you need a mask that is going to give your skin a deep pore cleanse. For this we recommend our Hydra Medic® Sea Mud Perfecting Mask. This mask is a natural sea mud mask containing Ichthammol, a mineral derived mixture, which actually has anti-inflammatory and anti-bacterial properties. This means it will help to cleanse the skin of acne-causing bacteria, and reduce any inflammation or redness that your skin may have from existing acne. Kaolin Clay in this mask helps to absorb oil on your skin and clear those breakouts.

DEMONSTRATION

On thoroughly cleansed skin, spread a generous amount of the mask in an upward motion over your entire face. Let set for 10-15 minutes to absorb those impurities, reduce oiliness, and help shrink your pores, and then remove with warm water.
