SHIPPING AND HANDLING
Shipping and handling costs are determined by your order total and location. Your order will be shipped by standard ground delivery and should be with you in 3-5 working days. In the event merchandise must be re-shipped, original and re-shipment charges must be paid for by the customer.

We are required to collect vat on all orders as required by law. VAT is included in your product and shipping prices.
BACKORDERS/SOLD OUT ITEMS
Although we make every effort to ship your order in its entirety, occasionally we will be sold out of certain items. All backordered/sold out items will be automatically shipped as soon as they are in stock. You do not need to reorder.
ERRORS OR PROBLEMS
If you experience any problems placing an order, have not received your order, or wish to check on the status of your order please call us toll free at 0800-731-7546 and ask for a Customer Service representative.
IF YOU RECEIVE AN ITEM YOU DID NOT ORDER
If you have received the wrong merchandise, please contact us within five (5) business days of receipt of the order. We will arrange collection from you. The correct merchandise will be sent to you immediately.
