How to Create a Couples Spa At Home

Hello I’m Lauren Streeter, Global Education Leader here at Repêchage. With Valentine’s Day fast approaching, I want to share with you a little tip on how to create a couples spa at home! We’ve all heard of couples messages, but why not try something new- let’s try couples masking. Apply a mask on your loved one or have them apply one on you!

For the man in your life, I recommend Repêchage Hydra Medic Sea Mud Perfecting Mask. Men tend to have oilier skin and larger pores. This mask is designed to target the oils, draw out impurities, and calm the skin and give it a refreshed looked. For the ladies,

Honey and Almond Scrub. This is a gentle exfoliant made with pure honey, oatmeal, and almond meal. It is a gentle exfoliation that is hydrating and nourishing to the skin. And by the way, you might not be able to keep your loved one off of you! That’s how amazing it smells! After cleansing and toning, you want to apply your masks with gentle upwards and outwards movements. The masks can sit on between 7-10 minutes. Don’t forget your eyes during this period! I recommend you give them a little bit of a vacation. Try the Repêchage Eye Rescue Pads. These are designed with a special tea blend and seaweeds that will really help to de-puff and de-stress the skin. While your masking, try a little scalp massage or body message. If you want to work out the stresses of a long day, massage the scalp! Hydra Amino 18 Hair Spa Serum is literally a serum, not an oil, for the hair! Go ahead and apply a couple of drops into your hands and gently massage this into the scalp using long movements, and massage the tension away. If you want to do a body massage, you can try the Sea Spa Massage Bath and Body Oil. I recommend you even warm it up to add a little extra something special. After 10 minutes go ahead and gently wipe the skin, splash your face with warm water, remove all residue of the mask, and then follow along with a gentle moisturizer or serum.

Happy Valentine’s Day! I hope you liked my tip – have fun with it. If you like it, please click “like” and share. Take care!
